Oven roasted chicken

Here’s a simple oven-roasted chicken recipe for those days you don’t want to stand long in the kitchen. Just prep’, bake, and stay close to your timer! Enjoy!

NOTES:

Salt: keep in mind that seasoning cubes are salty (!) when measuring how much salt you need on the chicken. S

pice Rub: Feel free to use your favourite pre-mixed spice blend. I like making mine to control the amount of sugar and exclude spices I don’t like on chicken.

Chicken: You may also get your favourite cut of chicken and skip the amateur butchering, ha-ha.
